One of our assignments this week was to write an 8-sentence paragraph about our favorite things to do. Everyone worked hard and went through the entire writing process. After we finished our final drafts, we voted on which two paragraphs should be posted for the world to see.

What I like to do is many things and your going to here 3 of them! First I like watching WWE like Smack Down, Raw and ECW. I like watching WWE because I like Jeff Hardy, Under Taker, Thom Cena and Rey Mysterio. Next I like skateboarding with my skateboard at the Memorial Park. Skateboarding I like because I like doing ramps. Last I like biking and go for the can. I also like biking because I like going fast! Obviously you know what my three favorite things are.

There are several things I like to do. First I like to go to Mr. Biggs. Mr. Biggs is fun because they have bumper carts. Second I like to play football. I like to play football because it is fun and exercising. Third I like to play video games. I like to play video games because they have football games to play. In conclusion that is all of things I like to do.

Hello 5th graders in Colorado. I'm a mom of 1st graders in Ohio. Those are some great favorite things! I really like to read about doing things outside, as those are some of my favorite things to do too. We like to swim, bike, hike, ski, and play soccer and football. Do you know what we love to do the most? We love to read! Will you be reading any good books this year?
ReplyDeleteHello 5th grade writers! My name is Ms. Shireen. I am a kindergarten teacher in Massillon, Ohio. One of Ms. Griffin's nephews, Jake, was in my class last year. He loved to do many of the thngs you wrote about. I love to be outside. Even when they tell us at school that it is too cold, we try to sneak outside and get some fresh air in our long Ohio winters! When school starts next week I will ask our class what are some of their favorite things to do and we will post a comment on your blog. Keep up the great writing skills!
